  • Mobile Healthcare Milestones:
  • 2001- Fee Schedule litigation- Initiated lawsuit against HHS/CMS for their failure to act as required by Congress in The Balanced Budget Act of 1997 and secured national ambulance fee schedule and retroactive payments for plaintiff clients, changing the way EMS agencies are reimbursed by Medicare in the U.S.
  • 2003- Invited to Editorial Advisory Board of EMS World magazine
  • 2005- EMS-Consultants, Chief Legal Officer in charge of consulting and billing/software compliance
  • 2008- State Medicaid litigation- saved multiple agencies a total of over $1.7M related to state Medicaid overpayment assessments
  • 2012- PCS litigation- initiated lawsuit against HHS/CMS related to contractors’ improper assessment of Physician Certification Statements, saving named clients over $3M and affecting payments for other non-emergent ambulance suppliers across the U.S. (total impact unknown)
  • 2017- Awarded Grant from GA State Office of Rural Health to develop MIH policies and processes for GA
  • 2018- Appointed inaugural seat on Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Commission (“NEMTAC”) Board of Directors, and Chair of Resource & Conference Committee
  • 2018- Page, Wolfberg, & Wirth, LLC, Of Counsel Attorney / NAAC instructor/ PWW Media speaker
  • 2022- Elected to National Association of Mobile Integrated Healthcare Providers (“NAMIHP”) Board of Directors, appointed Chair of Operations and Finance Committee
